By registering your business on the Hello Local platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions for participation:

1. Eligibility Requirements
   To be listed as a business on Hello Local, your business must meet the following criteria:

   • Employ 30 or fewer individuals

   • Operate 3 or fewer physical locations

   • Not be part of a franchise or chain

   • Be a locally-owned and independently-operated business

2. Prohibited Listings
   Hello Local does not permit the listing of businesses that:

   • Engage in or promote hate speech, discrimination, or harmful conduct toward any group or individual

   • Sell or promote adult content or services

   • Operate as online-only resale stores

   • Conduct any activities that are illegal under local, state, or federal law

   • Operate without proper business licenses or permits

3. Business Legitimacy & Licensing
   All businesses must operate in full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
   Hello Local does not condone or affiliate with businesses that conduct operations without the necessary licenses or legal documentation. Businesses found to be in violation may be removed without notice.

4. Right to Removal
   Hello Local reserves the right to review, refuse, or remove any listing that does not comply with these guidelines or the mission of promoting safe, ethical, and local commerce.

By continuing with your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms. Violation of these conditions may result in termination of your business listing.
